1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ContextLoom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License
ContextLoom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices. This license is for personal or commercial use and does not allow redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the App.
3. Free Trial
ContextLoom offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features, starting the first time you open the App. After the trial, the Notes workspace and one project at a time remain free, with full editing. Continued use of Pro features — multiple projects at once, Context Bundles, git activity and iCloud sync for Notes — requires a one-time purchase. No account or credit card is required for the trial.
4. Payment
ContextLoom Pro is a one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 (USD), or the equivalent price in your region as shown in the Mac App Store. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. Payment is processed by Apple through the Mac App Store, and Apple's terms govern purchases, refunds and restores.
5. Your Data
ContextLoom is a local-first application. Your files live on your device — we do not operate servers, sync infrastructure or cloud storage of any kind. The App syncs only its built-in Notes workspace, through your own iCloud Drive, when iCloud is available; your project folders are never synced by ContextLoom. Synced notes are stored in your own iCloud storage and we never see, access or process them. You can turn off iCloud Drive for ContextLoom in System Settings at any time, and your local files remain unaffected. You retain full ownership of all your data at all times. 6. Intellectual Property
ContextLoom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apps by SAHARA. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
ContextLoom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. ContextLoom is a file viewer and editor — it does not execute code, run AI models, or connect to external services on your behalf.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apps by SAHARA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
