1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ContextLoom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License
ContextLoom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple devices. This license is for personal or commercial use and does not allow redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the App.
3. Free Trial
ContextLoom offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued use of Pro features requires a one-time purchase. No credit card is required for the trial.
4. Payment
After the free trial, ContextLoom requires a one-time payment of $4.99 (USD). This is a single purchase — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. Payment is processed through the Mac App Store or our authorized payment provider.
5. Your Data
ContextLoom is a local-first application. All data lives on your device — we do not operate servers, sync infrastructure, or cloud storage of any kind. By default, your ContextLoom workspace is backed up to your personal iCloud Drive account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This backup is scoped exclusively to your ContextLoom workspace and is stored in your own iCloud storage — we never see, access, or process it. You can disable iCloud backup at any time in the App's settings, and your local files remain unaffected. You retain full ownership of all your data at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
ContextLoom and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apps by SAHARA. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
ContextLoom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. ContextLoom is a file viewer and editor — it does not execute code, run AI models, or connect to external services on your behalf.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Apps by SAHARA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
